Hi,
On resale of property where the agreement amount is less than the ready reckoner amount, at which the buyer has registered property, capital gains is to be calculated on what amount? agreeement amount or the ready reckoner amount?

as per section 50C ready reckoner value unless the value of the same has been challenged before A. O.

As per Section 50C the capital gain is to be calulated on the amount which has been considered by the registring authority for regisration of the property.
