Dear Experts,
Whether a sick company selling of its addl land (not factory) for meeting out the financial institutional liabilities are exempted from payment of capital gain tax or not.

you can adjusted business loss from short term capital gain, condition is short term capital gain and business loss must be arise in the same financial year.
