whether date of development agreement is the criteria for capital gains tax on construction of apartment or any recent supportive judgements for payment of capital gains tax on completion of the project of construction of flats since the venture took place for a period of 3 years.

a lot will depend upon drafting of agreement
if possession of land is parted with upfront then capital gain will arise then and there
