capital gain calculation

13 March 2010 our one individual client purchase a plot approx 50 lac, then after that he make building like basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor.

after that he sold all floor (floor wise)approx 80 lac except basement (which is given to gift his spouse), in this case we confuse about calculation of capital gain , please clarify.

Please get the valuation done from approved architect/ valuer for each floor and basement separately and then calculate capital gains accordingly
