I want to ask that if i had bought an apartment in a complex which was registered on 12.04.2007 when it was under construction and i am going to take the possession on 2 June 2011.
Now, if am going to sale that apartment in July 2011 then whether it will be considered as short term capital gain or long term capital gain i.e, whether date of possession is relevant or date of registration in determing the status of Capital Gain..........
