You have to login to the GSTN portal.Then under services tab, select Registration and under that selection Application for cancellation of registration.Fill the form REG-16 and submit with Signatures.

Thank you sir. please tell me is there any other compliance before cancellation of GST registration and is it possible to cancel registration in mid of financial year.
