Can individual give 15g/h form to indiidual for tds u/s 194a

24 May 2018 TDS RELATED ISSUE:-
A husband giving interest on loan to wife and interest amount exceeding 10000rs. Husband running a Proprietorship covered u/s 44AB. Is there any provision to give 15g/h form to individual (husband) to not to deduct TDS, if yes Plz give detail whether TAN must be required or not?

25 May 2018 For TDS deduction and accepting form15G/H, TAN is compulsory for a Deductor. Deductor may accept form15G/H being deductee give a valid declaration in form15G/H that his/her income is below the taxable limit. But duductor has to file ETDS return to include the form15G/H details he accepted in a particular quarter.
