Can i start articleship

24 August 2012 I am graduate student, I want attemt of IPCC in may 12, so as per notification I have to start articleship before 30th September but notification says that article training could not start without ITT and Orientation Training,

Please help me on this ground I am very much confused.

As per the provisions, you can start articleship only after completing ITT and Orientation.
