I am a qualified CS, and i have completed my training from a Manufacturing Company listed on BSE & NSE. I have learned there about compliances related to Companies Act, SEBI regulations, Stock exchanges etc., but i want to work in the field of Indirect taxation & FEMA and also basic accounts and finance. Please let me know how i can do it as now it is not possible for me to do CA.

Yes, A CS can make in career in Tax, Finance or FEMA Compliances. Many Companies are recruiting Company Secretaries for handling both Secretarial and Finance functions. In practice also, there are lot of scope for Company Secretaries in areas of Taxation, GST, FEMA and Accounting.

Thank You Sir for replying on my query.
But the question is that CS trainees are not given exposure to Tax and Finance during their management training. The exposure is limited to Corporate Laws and SEBI Regulations. So how can i gain work experience in these fields???
