What is the Capital gain in case of builder collaboration agreement with landlord in the following situations:-
If Builder construct the G. Floor & 3 other floors. All Construction Exp of all floors bear by builder and builder received the ground floor in consideration of construction and Rs. 8 lac paid by builder to landlord other than constructions. Ground floor sale deed made on the basis of circle rate i.e. stamp duty paid on Rs. 14, 25,000/- circle rate of G. Floor.
Total cost of acquisition of building of landlord was Rs. 3, 02,500/- up to 1980. What is the Capital Gain for G. floor and what is the value of other floors for landlord.
