For year 2011-12,We have recd a notice u/s. 143(3)for paying tax. Ihe AO has calculated int. on the basis of:

- Self Asst tax ***
Balance Refund
Though the balance is refund, yet the AO has charged int u/s. 234B & 234C.Pls expain the working of 234b & C
