Ca and cs membership

sir
many professional are designating their name as ca and cs while they hold ca membership only and just cleared cs exams.....or taken lcs.
as i m also pursuing the same.....
and as searched on net icsi says that a student can only use cs designation when he has completed all training and applied for acs membership.
i want to confirm that when a person become eligible to use cs as designation.

You are right ,a person can use CS designation after completing all the trainings and clearing final and after applying for cs membership
