Dear sir, Is there any new rule that a student can directly register for IPCC (without giving CPT)after completing 2years of his/her graduation?

this is a proposed change in the course scheme by ICAI, and it will be effective after the ICAI notification. so at present there is no such rule,

but ramesh sir is this the final notification that cpt is now compulsory? i mean harish sir said that it is the proposed change in the course scheme by ICAI???
