C-Form

07 November 2009 If we purchase exempted goods from outside the state ,do we need give C-Form ? ,
Thanks in advance

07 November 2009 C Form is a declaration under the CST Act for not charging CST at the rates applicable to unregistered dealers if there is no CST charged then C Form is also not required.

07 November 2009 There is no need to give C-forms on exemted goods.

As there is no difference whether you give C-*form or not. Ultimately C-form reduces your tax liability.

When there is no tax liability then there is no need of C-form
