is that necessary that while purchasing against c form it should me mention in purchase invoice that " sale against C Form"

There is no such requirement as per law

In the invoice, when tax is charged @ 2%, then it is implied that the sale / purchase is against Form 'C'. However, as a safe side, you can mention the same on the face of invoice for easy identification and the person who is dealing with invoice may know that the same is against C form sale.
