List of ca firms

can anybody tell me that how many firms are registered in CA firm. Does all firms/companies are registered at CA firm. As i want to do my articleship and i know some companies like exevo limted etc but i dont know that this company is registered in CA firm. DOES PRIVATE COMPANIES ARE ALSO REGISTERED IN CA FIRM. THANKS

Itr for the person having foreign income

our client is doing job in foreign country and getting salary from the foreign company, so does he has to file his IT Return? and which ITR? Thanks in advance

Tax on non-interest bearing debenture

We have a debentures which bears no interest but a lumpsum amount shall be paid on redemption. What shall be tax treatment?

Saving account interest taxable

I have earned interest in a saving bank account which is exceeding Rs.10000/-during last FY 13-14. The bank has not deducted any TDS on it. Is this whole amount is taxable ?

Extension of time for filing of incomereturns for fy 2013-14

Sir,
In respect of salaried individual,the last date of filing of incometax returns is 31/07/2014 for AY 2014-15. This time Incometax department have asked various details such as uploading of contact details. It is taking lot of time. In case of new assesses,we transcation id to their email id but they have received mobile pin for activation. There is inordinate delay.
Pl clarify whether any extension is likely to be granted by the Incometax department.Thanks

Cash withdrawal by private limited company

How much cash can be withdrawal at one go by a Private Ltd. Company for day to day requirements. And the open cheque needs to be issued on whose name for cash withdrawal, it be self, cash or on directors name.
