I want to apply for DIN where middle name of director is abbrivation as J appearing as per PAN Record , but as per PAN data base full name as Jaivirsingh , so error is coming as not matching with PAN, pl. know me whether any affidavit will require ? if yes can you please provide me format for the same.

I am the DSA of commercial vehicle loan with HDFC BANK and getting the commision . Also I am the agent for general insurance . Now Bank is confirming for taking service tax No . My commision for general insurance is around one lac pa.Most probably the DSA Commision might go beyond 10 lac this year .
So I want to confirm that registration willbe done under business auxilliary service as it is taxable .But pls clarify if insurace auxilliary service is to be added or not as income is very low.

I have sent Form no. 117 for firm name approval but i didnot know about the "& Company" cannot be used as "& Co".

So after approval i want to changed it to "& Co." i have not submitted Form No. 118 till now but now want to change it can i do it or not. if yes then what will be the process for the same.
