Removal of director

How can we file form no. 32 in case of removal of director u/s 284, if director is not accessible and his/her din is not also there, can a company reveal its responsibility to file form 23 if unable to file form, 23.

Scrutiny 2006-07 Reg.

As per Scrutiny selection norms , income Less than 5 % on contract exceeding 1 crore is selcted for scrutiny. But Is it fair to select scrutiny even declaring income from contract exceeding 5% for firm before interest and remuneration for partners for assessment year 2006-07?

doubt on Cenvat Credit


debit note belong for the financial year 2005-06 (assume tht sept'05)

if i make the entry for the same this year shall i claim cenvat credit

Doubt in Credit Note

Assume tht in a big industries trasanction shows:

Qty mentioned in DN & DC is 100 Qty
but the Co., received the qty 110(as per GIN)

should i raise the Credit Note for 100 Qty or 110 Quantity

please tell the impact also for the same

SERVICE TAX ON WORK CONTRACTS

Govt says that New Circular issued superseeding all old circulars.Now this circular issued but still there are many question unsolved even in this circular for which this querry.

Now I want clearifications on following and all are related with service tax on work contract.


1. WHAT POSITION STANDS FOR SERVICE TAX ON M.E.S AND RESERVE BANK.THERE WAS OLD CIRCULARS THAT THESE BOTH DEPARTMENTS ARE EXEMPTED FROM SERVICE TAX BUT NOTHING SAID IN ALLEGED LATEST.

2.AT ONE PLACE CIRCULAR SAYS THAT THERE IS NO S.T ON GOVT WORKS.WHAT IS POSITION NOW.
