Deemed let out property

I have two residential properties (one in my name and one in wife's)in Pune and one in Mumbai (wife's name). We live and have work places in Pune. I am showing property in my name in Pune as self-occupied. What are the options available to my wife? Can I and wife show seperate properties in Pune as self-occupied? Can my wife show property in Mumbai as self-occupied?
Will it make any difference to show property in Mumbai Vs in Pune as deemed let-out property?

Deduction Under Section 80 IC

My cleints is a partnership firms who have established their business in the state of Himachal Pradesh after a certain date and full fill all the condition as mentioned in Scetion 80 IC of Income Tax Act and eligible for a deduction of 100% up to first 5 year and after that 25% for next 5 year.

Now our question is that if an existing unit which has already taken a benefit of 100% deduction in first five years, make substantial expansion in its sixth year of operation then will it be eligible for deduction of 100% for next five year?.

Expert Opinion

Can the auditor directly take expert opinion on matters where he needs expert inputs, in connection with issuing a report or certificate? Or, is it compulsory to route it through the client always?
