Too Urgent....Refund

Sir,
in A.Y. 2008-09
My one client have paid his SA tax. But initially he paids it for A.Y. 2007-08. That was really a mistake by him. What is the procedure for claiming refund for that A.Y. i.e...He used to file return online....pls help


Note : He has cleared all dues in respect of IT.

MY QUERY IS RELATED TO WHETHER MAT IS APPLICABLE ON EXEMPT PROFIT OF SEC 80IC COMPANIES.

ONE OF THE OUR COMPANY IS LOCATED IN NOTIFIED AREA OF HIMACHAL PRADESH THUS ENJOYING DEDUCTION UNDER SEC 80IC. PROFIT EARNED BY THE COMPANY IS EXEMPT UNDER SEC 80IC. BUT WOULD THE MAT IS APPLICABLE ON THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES. ALSO SPECIFY THE RELEVANT NOTIFICATION AND / OR SEC WHERE IT IS CLEARLY MENTOINED.
