Dear Sir,
i have a query regarding renting of immovable property.

CASE: "A" gives a property on rent to "B" and "C" in the proportion of 80:20. And "B" and "C" are the receiver of renting of immovable property service. "B" provides service which is exempt from service tax. And "C" provides taxable service. Is "C" can take credit of input service of renting and in which proportion(80% or 20% or 100%)?????
