Sir in respect of tds deduction u/s 194ia on transfer of property ,w.e.f 1june.
suppose if the transfree is making payment partl before 1-6-2013 nd partly after tht then what would be the tds implications.or if property is transfered before june nd payment is made thereafter then what would be the liability?

i have cleared mcom in 2012-13, & cleared cpt in 2009-10. i was not intrested in ca as i was willing to do a business so i never studied ca ipcc and gave 4 attempts but as matter of fact i did't clear them.
i gave cs executive in december 2012 and didn't study in that either.
But i want to study hard now, i am giving cs executive both groups in june 2013, i am confident of clearing first group.
AND i want to give ca ipcc in nov. many of my relatives say that it is not useful to give ca now as i have not cleared ca in so many attemts and it won't have any value.
AS I AM 26 is it good to give ca exam , that requires 3 years of articleship, in the age when i am supposed to do a job and earn money to help family.
I REALLY REQUEST EXPERTS TO HELP ME TO GET OUT OF THIS MESS, WHICH I CREATED MYSELF.
AND IF I SHOULD GIVE IPCC & CS EXECUTIVE IN NOV.DEC. HOW SHOULD I STUDY.
