in case income of a commission agents show
under sec 44ad and used 4s sugam if show taxable income 60% t0 70% instead of 8%? please advice because I came to know that
sec44ad do not apply to commission agents. thanks.......

I have cleared my Module - I of cs executive (old syallabus) but did not clear Module - II. And now I want to change my old syallabus into new syallabus. Let me know whether am I only give exam of Module - II or Module - I also.

Plenty of Income tax return are being filled by me & msg received on mobile containing acknowledgement 0000000000 for AY 14-15 has been processed & intimation u/s 143(1) will be sent on you mail id. I want to know how to get PAN no through acknowledgement?? becoz it we don't know which for which PAN is this message received on cell....

an application for removal of auditor is pending to Regionl Director. So for Company wants to extends its AGM. What is the procedure for ectension of AGM and which form is required to be filed to ROC AND WHAT IS THE ATTACHMENT OF THIS FORM.

I have filed an ITR return for the AY 13-14 as on 31-03-2014. i forgot to make payment before filing the original return. Even if its late filing, i revised it as on 31-03-2014. And i received a notice u/s 139(9) as on 08-07-2014 where they asked us for online correction. But now its not possible for correction as it is showing invalid. How can i correct my return.. Please help me...

As due date of furnishing audit report has been extended till 30th nov, where as the date of filing ITR remained same. In this regard my query is, which date should we mention in ITR form at Date of Furnishing audit report blank, incase if we want want to furnish audit report after 30th sep.
