I was terminated my article ship on 31st dec 2014 after completing one year 11months of work.
Now I want to continue my article ship again.
My question is whether I can do article ship for the remaining period now?is there any time limits to re-registeration of articleship?

Hey there, I want to ask that should i have to give an application to ICAI for my transfer of Articleship in first year. and should i have to purchase Articleship form once again?

sir i was registered in old intermediate course in april 1989 and took 2 yr 9 months article training . But no group was cleared at that time . Now i want to appear in IPCC exam .Can i appear in this exam with my old registration . Kindly advice procedure .

Dear Sir,
I have registered myself under 1st employer on 28th April 2017 & took transfer on 30th Aug. 2017.
Re-registered myself under subsequent employer on 1st Sept. 2017 & Articleship forms were sent by Registry post on 29th Sept. 2017.
These will be reached at Institute address after 3 Oct. 2017. Because 30th Sept. To 2 Oct. are National Holidays .
Only Form 103 & 112 is sent by me.

1. So , Please tell me what is the impact of this on my Final attempt , wether it will be delayed or not.
2. And form submission delayed more than 30 days will be applicable on me or not.
If applicable what will I do regarding this

I am a article assistant serving my 2nd year of articles.My Principal has been appointed as Director and Executive Chairman of a Public Limited Company w.e.f 01.10.2017 and with some monthly remuneration.

1. Can he continue to hold COP.
2. Can he train articles.

What is the procedure if form is submitted for re registration of articleship after taking transfer after 30 days of transfer or re registration date. Tell me please Sir.

Sir I have started my articleship on 28 April 2017 &. took transfer on 30 Aug. 2017 .So from which date I should be reregistered so that my attempt will not be delayed.
And what the procedure if form is not submitted with in 30 days of registered date.
And what is maximum no. of days can be gapped between tranfered date & re registered date.

I have cleared my both groups of ipcc on 1 aug 17 and i m from agra
Is it feasible to wait for getting articleship in big 4 or i should join a small firm of agra
Also answer when does the big 4 have their vacancies open and close

i m appearing for both groups in nov 2017 however have less time so i m planning for 1st group n exemption in two papers of group 2 . which paper i choose for exemption considering new syllabus and gst n all...which ll b more beneficial in practice
