Dear Sir,

We had booked bill raised in year 08-09. This party had made some deductions on account of TDS and some more deductions. But teh party did not share this information with us and balance remained in our books in the name of the party. Later on recionciliation of their account, we were intimated that due to mistakes in providings services this amount had been deducted and debit note were raised in our names. Now how these debit notes are to be accounted for in our books. Should we reverse the revenue recognised or we should the loss incurred seprately or as discount?

hi i m final year student i m very confused about the institute rules and regulation which bound the article to attend offices from 10.30 to 5.30 but the fact is no firm will allow to go at 5.30.so how we manage our study apart from articleship.some rules should be made for firm so that they will leave the article at fixed time so that we will manage our study with articleship

hello there, can any one suggest me how to understand and remember PCC theory Sub Like audit, IT , LAW . i have not joined classes for these subjects. please guide me . i have only completed 20% of a/c and costing syllabus. my attempt is on may 2010. i have 4 hrs a day to study. also i will like to know how to use these 4 hrs ie for which subjects till may2010

if i want to take transfer after 30th by probividng the medical certificate then i get transfer but my articleship exceed for three months
know i want to know ,in that case my attempt shifts from may to nov or it remains same

i am a student of ipcc,i am really confused. i want munish bhandari book for detailed study which can cover business law,ethics and communication, not a handbook( if handbook is sufficient then tell me) . whether Bestwords Business and Corporate Laws For CA (PE-II) of munish bhandari can cover ethics & communication also. if not then plz suggest me any book which can cover all three in single book. this problem is arising bcz munish bhandari book is not available in my city & i have to give order in order to purchase the book. plz help me

DOES THE NEW RULE FOR EXEMPTION IN PAPERS ALSO APPLY TO STUDENTS APPEARING FOR THE FINAL EXAMINATION UNDER THE OLD SYLLABUS ?

I am a B.Com., graduate and I passed the first group in C.A.Inter in November 2008. I stopped writing exams in 2000. Now, if I want to continue the course, what should I do? Will the three papers that I passed be valid now if I continue the course?
