Refund of service tax for 100% EOU?

Hi Please let me know whether there is any refund of service tax for a 100% EOU, who sells 90% of their products to another 100%EOU and rest 10% through direct exports ??

Applicability of service tax

one of my client xyz design(i) pvt ltd. deals in the interior design. They works as mgf. furniture such as workstation, table, chair & all these etc., They uses wood to mfg. this & also uses the labour. They raise invoice agst parties including vat 8%.(and they mentioned invoice as eg. providing & fixing tabel or workstation at client place) As the party is applicable for service tax ? Their turnover is above 40 lacs. can they should be raise their invoice including service tax as 12.3%? pls guide

Dear Sir,

my comapny engaged in construction of road & building.service tax department demamded on repair & maintence of road of state govt & National Highway Authority of India.

repairing of road is one time repairing and rate will fix on basis of tender. profit margin of comapny doesn't exceeding 6 to 7 % hence company cannot sustain service tax on repairing of road.

plz give your valuable advise

TDS on service tax on rent

hi sir,

we have paid office rent with service tax and TDS deducted from both Rent and service tax together.but landlord asked payment without deducting TDS on service tax.is it possible as per law or not.

Taxes paid for e tickets can be adjusted in service tax payable.

Taxes Rs. 8146

Please brief me regarding how taxes are collected and entries to account.

filing nil return

A assessee has a service tax registration no & files the service tax returns in last year but in current year his gross receipt is less 10 lac rs. WHETHER HE CAN FILE THE NIL RETURN ? AND IS IT COMPULSORY FOR HIM TO FILE THE NIL RETURN ?

SERVICE TAX CREDIT ON MOBILE BILL

CAN SERVICE TAX CREDIT ON MOBILE BILL BE ALLOWABLE . THE CREDIT FOR THE FIXED LINES ARE ALLOWABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE CONSIDERED THAT THEY ARE USED IN RELATION TO THE BUSINESS,BUT BEING THE MOVABILITY OF MOBILE PHONE THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERED THAT THEY ARE SPECFICALLY USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUSINESS.PLEASE CLARIFY AND GIVE REFERENCE IN REGARD TO ANSWER

Manpower consultant company raising two invoice one is for reimbursement of expenses (Travel Expenses on Actual , Video Conference Expenses on Actual etc) incurred for providing human recourse and a other invoice raising for consulting services.

Note -:The company not bock reimbursement expenses in Expenses Head .

My query is service tax applicable or not in reimbursement invoice ??

Two individuals assessees(husband & Wife) having two separate service tax registration, jointly own a commercial property, which has been let out.

Can they save service tax by forming partnership. if yes, should partnership deed be executed before construction of property or can it be signed after construction of property?

Both the assessees are service tax payers in their proprietorship business thus limit of 8,00,000/- in each case has already been crossed. Rental income is 2,40,000/- jointly. I could not understand the last statement in Mr. Dayal's reply. Please explain
