Hi, I am a CA with 2 years experience in MNC in Indirect Tax. I hv received an offer for functional consultant - Oracle. They will be providing training initially. They hv bond of 2 yrs and the salary is also not attractive. Can anyone advice if I should accept the offer? I am also getting offers from big 4s for Indirect Tax. Kindly help me to take a decision. Thanks.

i want to ask that i joined this infrastructure development comany as "sr exuctive accoun & admin".now it is constuction company. so there will be chances to get job in manufacturing company? my decision is right or wrong? this experience will be counted in manufacturing compnay? like big mnc?
my education is CA INTER & BCOM.

Please help I am in a great trouble. I have done one year Articleship in delhi and done good work and last stage took transfer and came to my home town but here there is no work and it is next to dummy and I am sitting idle all day there. Only benefit is I get plenty of time to study but this dummy tag is haunting me day and night Nd who will give me job after this. I have made very big mistake of leaving Articleship from delhidelhi. What should I do now .my life has become almost hell

I have experience of 4-5 years post qualification. i am a CA but unable to grab a good opportunity.my weakness is i can not elaborate anything technially in english.Suppose if interviewer asks what do you understand by retrospective amendments then i can brief him in Hindi better.

2.Application of Companies act 13 related to section 185,186,188
3.Computation of depreciation as per companies act 13.
4.Experience in filing of corporate ITRs, Individual ITRs.
5.Balance sheet finalization as per revised schedule VI.
6.Filing of TDS returns in webtel.
7.Filing of tax audit report (But new tax audit report i know the provisions but not practically filed as i am in a industry but know all the procedure)
8.Computation of FDRs interest receivable of approximately 600 FDRs.

I have completed MCOM and working as an accountant in a private limited company since last 7 years in account payables & receivables. I am also doing CMA from Institute of Cost Accountants Of India; I have cleared CMA-inter in Dec’ 2014 & will be appearing in Final in Dec’2015. I am interested in Taxation & would like to make a career in taxation field. I have been not transferred to taxation department of our company on the ground that I do not have any experience in the field nor any professional degree. Hence I require you help.

1.How to get experience in Taxation field.
2.Is there any other specialize course which will be helpful to make career in Taxation.
