Hello I am failed 6 times in CS executive now my mod is quit for CS because jab bhi bhi pdne batho man hai nhi lgta kafi negative felling hoti hai pz some body suggest me what I do.

Proprietorship + Partner in a firm Presently i m proprietor of my firm. soon i will be a partner of newly floated partnership firm. my queries are, 1. can i continue to be a proprietor and partner simultaneously?? is it allowed?? 2. If it is allowed, will i be a full time practitioner in both the firm?? or will i be considered as part time in both the firms?? 3. Will i be able to continue my attest function in both the firms?? 4. so far as bank audit is concerned, which firm amongst the two will not be able to get the bank audit?? 5. presently all the CAs who are interested in becoming partner in new firm are proprietor of their own firms. should we float a new partnership firm or we all should merge and convert the senior most proprietor firm into a partnership firm?? What should be the best way of having this partnership looking to the empanelment criteria of CAG (Bank audit, PSU audit etc.)??

hello  I am suresh Patel from Ahmadabad. I completed my m.com with 59% in 2013 from Gujarat university.  My age is 31 year. I want become a CA. Can i join the course? I have a job in private tuition classes for teaching accounts and tax.I have experience about 5 years in this sector but i am not satisfied from this. In fact i don't like politics policy in education field so i want to change my profession and want to choose CA course.  so i want to know from your side that my decision is right or wrong. Give me fair and true advise to help me take right decision.

My articleship 1 year has been completed and I am failing in group 2 for four times is this is a valid reason for taking termination from my articleship as in articleship I m having less time to invest in my studies ...

And after passing group 2 can I again join to articleship if yes then what amount of training I has to do again please solve my query

I want your help in understanding what are the options an employee will have if he/she is not paid his/her annual performance bonus (variable pay). The variable pay figure has been mentioned clearly in the offer letter/appointment letter. The wordings in the offer letter are : In addition to your salary, Rs. 1,00,000 per annum as performance bonus will be awarded at the discretion of the management after appraisal of the successful performance of the employee and the financial performance of the company.
In this case, let us assume that the performance of the company and employee are fine. Even then if the employer does not pay, then what are the options of the employee to receive this amount?

I jus wanted to ask if a student takes multiple attemps (6) for CA IPCC whether it would be apt to do Dummy articleship with a paid assistant job in a company OR do regular articleship. Actually its my friends query she was arguing that the later option will provide some financial support and considerable time for preparing CA-Final.Is her view correct ? And if she does so whether it will be against ruling of ICAI.
