hi, i`m sagar i have completed 2 years Articleship traning and also i cleared 1st group IPCC now i want to quite CA because of my financial poblems,now i want to join job which companies are Beter for me.

Hello. I'm Kaushik. I have appeared for May 15 ipcc exam. I have passed my group 1 in which I got 202 marks. In group 2 I got 143 marks in which I passed individually but failed in aggregate. So in short I failed group 2 by 5 marks. I'm in a very big dilemma whether I should start my Articleship and at the same time prepare for group 2 Nov attempt or whether I should wait till I clear the attempt. Please help me as quickly as possible. Regards Kaushik

Hello All,

I have a query regarding TDS.
I was working as Brand Expert for less than 2 months. Offer agreement was 18k plus incentives monthly as consultancy fees not under salary and payment was made electronically. Invoices were sent in words format not showing any calculation of TDS.
(*Not issued any FORM 16A). Under sec. 194J they deducted 10% from the payment on monthly basis.


In the above scenario, What section applies and am I eligible for TDS and how to claim back the amount?

Respected members I need your help very urgent.I have completed 2 years of article ship but due to certain personal family issues i cant continue my article ship.I want to take termination so i could continue it in future.My principal is also ready to give me termination.So my query is that what reason do i have to give to institute or can i take termination by mutual consent.What procedure i have to follow.And after how much time i can continue my article ship again.
