In case of frieght payments to carriers such as lorry who don't have any bank accounts in the place of unloading, payment could be made only by cash whaioch may exceed Rs 20000 on a single day to the same party.

is there any mode so as to strictly comply with Section 40A of the Income tax Act 1961

TDS deduction from payments & bills

We follow different Formula for tds on bill amount and on payment amount. Th logic on payment is that the payment will be after tds hence on payment we put reverse formula and on bill amount we follow direct formula

Is there any base of provision for this ?

(Ward/circle) in Ahmedabad

in letter of allotment of PAN, an assesse is alloted ward of (6/4).
He is having income of Salary and I found that the ward (6/4)is for profit and gains from business and profession only.

So where do he fill the return if his income is only from the salary and his category of employee is other.
