For study process or schedule, can refer notes and guidance given by ANKUR GARG sir.., and also go thru once my forum on TIPS FOR PCC, that can be referred for IPCC as well (u can get link for that forum from my profile).... And for cost refer RAVI M KISHORE for max practice sums.., while for FM, refer padhuka to clear the difficult concepts of the subject...

The Guidance given by all the experts are their perspective only.
I suggestt you to buy Padhka. The rationale behind the same is it contains RTP, suggested answers and baisc questions.
You are advised to understand the concepts, it is not an easy. Even if you know the concepts also be a problem in front of tricky questions.
Better depend the solution least and try to solve own your own it may be a tough task. If you have any blocking the flow , just refer... Try to do illustration part of padhuka first so that you can get an idea and later solve all the excerise which doenot have solutions part.
Solve more excersise and find more time for this particular subject
