Can a Company hold the next board meeting within a period of one week from the previous one? Can there be more than four board meetings in a year? Please guide.
Yes, you are free to call Board Meeting with in a week. The Companies Act, 1956 has no restrictionon calling of Board meeting you can call per every day a Board Meeting of the company in accordance with your company's Articles.
In case of listed company, there are some pre condition for calling of Board Meeting.
