I am confused because I have also a answer
that commission holder agent does not fill itr4s they fill up u/s 28 after deducting expenses u/s 37. clear me sir

19 August 2012 If you have commission income then fill ITR-4 yet in balance sheet and profit & loss a/c.

There are 4 column. If the Clint doesn't maintain books of accounts.

As you said that fill itr4 in no a/c section only four coloum but I come to know
that sec 44aa rule 6F said that the assessee need not maintain booksa of a/c if he has income from business or profession less then 120000 or turnover or gross receipt less then 1000000 and in this case the assessee have gross receipt 190000. I have a answer that you need to maintain of a/c. clear me sir.
