28 May 2014 If I filled a return for AY 2013-14 now (Assesses does not have taxable Income but a TDS refun for FY 2012-13) . will any penalty be imposed by Income-tax department?

28 May 2014 yes you can file but cant revise it again.. so fill it very carefully and yes u can claim refund

29 May 2014 will department imposed penalty of Rs 5000 us 271f if I fill belated return?
If not then in which case penalty of Rs 5000 is imposed for belated return.
