Sir Please tell me is there any certain format to furnish the balance sheet for Co/Firm/Individual and also tell me the last date of furnish the balance sheet of all categary.

Search in files section for the format. Due date for companies and assessees liable for tax audit is 30th September and for other assessees is 31st July.
