We are new registered under Central Excise Law. We wanna know about how to issue the excise invoice through Excel. Since now not required to pre authenticate the Excise Invoice, my question is that can we use the Excel to issue the Invoice and take the print out of it and after that take the signature of authorised person under excise. Further can we use the stamp signature of authorised person in case of if authorised person not available at that time to sign the Invoice? Please help, its urgent.

You can use excel for issuing invoice but you should intimate to your range officer about No Sequence, proper Format, Authentication type etc. You can use stamp signature of authorised person but need one manual signature on invoice, hence authorise at least 2 person for invoice authontication.
