Hello, We all know audited financial statements of registered companies are public documents. Can the same be said about Audited Financial statements of societies registered under Societies Registration Act ? Is their any legal provision that explicitly or implicitly prohibit a member of the society from further distribution of the audited financial statements in a public forum?
