Articleship registration

07 April 2015 i had registered as an article on 17 feb2015 and submitted all documents on 23 feb2015.
but today i came to know that i am not registered as an article due to non availability of seat.but right now the seat is available
what should i do now.
please help me

07 April 2015 Write a letter to your regional office citing all these info or else call the regional office and enquire.

07 April 2015 i enquired about the same to icai.
they are asking a confirmation letter from my ca regarding the same.
could you please guide me how to write this letter and to whom???


07 April 2015 Well, just write a formal letter stating that there was a vacancy of artcle under him and when he wished to fill it, he could not do it because of the fact that there was pending forms from an earlier article to be mailed to te Institute. In the meanwhile, he had sent Form 102, whic was pending registration from the side of institute because of this reason. Now everything is clear. And requestthe institute toapprove the request and update the same in the records of the institute.
Thats all.

09 April 2015 there was another article whose articleship had been terminated on 2 march 2015, from 31 july 2014. now i want to know whether can i give confirmation letter from 17 feb onwards for articleship registration along with the termination letter of that article???
pls reply.. its urgent

09 April 2015 If ur principals articles limit is not exhausted on March 2, then you may do so.

If nt, No. U can join only after March 2.

09 April 2015 i am confused about one thing.
in his termination letter it has been clearly stated that his articleship has been terminated with effect from 31 july 2014. and same has been included in the icai records. then why cant i apply from 17 feb 2015. i am having the letter from my CA for the same and his termination letter too.

10 April 2015 See, you had told that he terminated his articles on 3rd March. You should have told that it is with effect from July. I thought he joined on July and terminated on March.
In this case I doubt that the institute will accept that since there's a huge delay in filing the form. If institute accepts it, you may do so. But you will have to pay a condonation fee of Rs. 100/-.
