i want to ask if the institute has changed the workiong hours of articles . can a student go to coaching to be held at 5 pm to 8 pm ?

if he is working 6 hrs in a day, only then he can go.

The CA will allow or not, that depends on his nature, self desire and relationship with you but the institute will allow if you work as an article for 6 hrs a day
