i am undergoing articleship training under a CA firm(est.1981) of my hometown Mirzapur(U.P).

I want to know..whether this training will effect me..in any way in future??

is this true that companies focuses more on students training background (where he had undergone training..Big4s,large,medium or small firms) than his knowledge??
