Apart from my salaried income, I also receive commission from my Amway business.
I would like to know the type of ITR form to be used.
Also let me know the procedure/form to show the expenses incurred for my Business in order to claim the refund.

03 July 2012 1. You will have to file ITR 4.

2. You can claim the expenses incurred to earn the commission income.

Since I am filing the IT returns (ITR-2 or ITR-4) for the first time, can I get a professional who can help me in this regard. Also I have to incorporate business expenses in it.
