a individual is making payments to teachers for teaching subjects in his classes. she is also teaching one of the subject in her class. If she is tax audit assessee, under which section she will deduct the payments to teachers. 194C AS PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR OF 194J AS FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL OR TECHNICAL SERVICES.
