Amendment in service tax registration certificate

I have applied in ST1 for amendment in regn certificate online 2 months before. But i've not submitted hard copies to the dept. Now ST2 as well as latest ST1 is not being displayed when logged in my account.
What is the way out further?
Please advise urgently.
