i m pursuing mba in finance and it will be complete in 4 to 5 months,after mba i want to do preparation of icwa.Is it beneficial for me ???

agreed with Vaibhav. But I would only suggest CFA/FRM. No point in doing courses that don't allow you to have a regular job. So go for CFA/FRM and expand your profile for hard investment banking or treasury profiles.

disagree a bit here.. dear muntaquir.. what's your interest? CFA is a very long drawn process.. and jobs are not easy if you don't have relevant work exp in fund management.. ICWAI will add knowledge and depending on your efforts you could break into a accounts/cost function in a company.. job market size wise cwa/cs etc has more opening.. cfa is very specialised in investment mgnt.. make sure you know what it is your entering into.
