Dear Sir, My Client is in the business of Putting LCD in public transport in mumbai like railway & local bus. He take advertisement from customer & display the same. he also put some entertainment like songs in between. Whether he is liable to service tax? Under which Head of Service he liable? Also, any other taxes are applicable like entertainment tax or other? Kindly reply as soon as possible. Thanking you.
