If I fail to pay advance tax by 15th March Can I pay such payment before 31st March as a advance tax with penalty or I should pay it as Self Assessment Tax

If you pay after 15th March it will not be treated as advance tax, it will be treated as self assessment tax. And you will have to pay interest u/s 234C @1% of shortfall amount. So if you pay after 15th March pay it as self assessment tax and not as advance tax.
