if new plant or machinary added in existing plant or machinary it is eligible to take benefit of additional dep. @ 20% as per sec32(1)(iia)?

respected sir, thank you for comment but as per condition u/s 32 any machinary or plant use in india or outside it not allowed to take additional depreciation! please reply
