i have a company namely XYZ P. LTd. & i take rent office & i make interior & furniture work & also purchase some furniture.in this case i make payment from my company & i claimed this expences in my company p & L
Doing interior & furniture, purchase of some furniture are all in the nature of Fixed Assets under Furniture and Fittings. These are not expenditure and can not debit to P & L account.
However, Depreciation can be claimed.
Of course, what ever you have spent for the company, you can claim and get back.
