05 October 2011 thre is no such allotment of marks that you can do ICAI at it own in a particular examination may give questions from any part of the syllabus,

Many of the times it happens that they give qeustions from the non-important chapters

05 October 2011 I would suggest you to cover the whole syllabus rather than partially coverage of syllabus dependent upon individual's assessment and ratings
