sir, what is the exact difference between c form & h form ?

C form is used to buy goods from other state for either manufacture or trading. on which vat or cst is payable
H form is used to buy goods which are to be exported out of india.
H form is used to buy goods which are to be exported out of india.

Form C: whenever we purchase or sell goods outside our state we have to submitt C form . it is also called as Inter state Sale or Purchase . We will have to pay tax @2%
Form H : When we Purchase Locally and sell goods outside our country then we have to give form H to supplier (Indian party)
